We typically look for groups of five or more to set up a dedicated private session. If you’ve got a smaller crew, we can easily fit them into one of our regularly scheduled public classes around the Twin Cities.

Can you administer the official CFPM exam at our facility?

We absolutely can. We handle all the classroom instruction and then proctor the state-approved exam right in your dining room.

Do we have to shut down the kitchen during the session?

Not at all. We just need a quiet space, like a private dining room or a large banquet space. Your team needs a place where they can focus completely on the material while the kitchen keeps running.

Can we combine new managers with people who just need a renewal?

You certainly can. We routinely teach the full certification course and the four-hour continuing education class concurrently. Your veterans can finish their renewal and head back to the line while the new managers stay for the full exam.
